We firmly believe that understanding and addressing cybersecurity challenges and development in Taiwan is crucial not only for its national security but also for the global cyberspace.
When it comes to discussions surrounding ‘Taiwan and cybersecurity’, the focus is often limited to its complex relationship with other global powers, namely China and the United States. However, there is so much more to the cybersecurity landscape in Taiwan that deserves attention and recognition.
With CyberSec Taiwan, we aim to shed light on all the interesting and incredible cybersecurity-related developments happening in the public, private, non-profit, and education sectors. In doing so, we plan to be the voice that highlights Taiwan's remarkable initiatives, breakthroughs, and challenges in this ever-evolving field.
To start, we aim to deliver two publications: a bi-weekly News Roundup with bite sized information on the latest news and trends, and The Cyber Light, a series of spotlight articles focusing on a specific topic or event.
Additionally, our other goal is to create a platform that fosters a captivating conversation around Taiwan-centric cybersecurity topics. We want to engage our readers, including yourself, in thought-provoking discussions that delve into the nuances of cybersecurity in Taiwan.
